Quaid-i-Azam University History Society (QAUHS) is an apolitical students’ body that functions under the auspices of the Department of History, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Founded by Mr. Ilhan Niaz in 2002, the History Society serves as a platform that enables the students to contribute effectively towards the material and intellectual uplift of the department .The History Society enhances the level of cooperation amongst the students of the department and it also improves the level of communication between the students and the faculty of the department of history. All Students of the QAU History Department may apply for QAUHS. The membership of the History Society is for the duration of one semester only.
