Extra-curricular activities are an important part of student life in the Department of History. One-day study-tours to various sites of historical interests and excursion trips are organized for the students in every semester. Moreover, a week-long stay-trip to northern areas of Pakistan is an important annual feature of the student life at the department. In addition to trips and study tours, sports and sport events such as cricket and football matches are an indispensable part of student life at QAU.
