Jari Ahmed Saiyid Fellowship

Jari Ahmed Saiyid Fellowship for the students of the department of History has been instituted by Durdana Saiyid Rizvi Trust. The fellowship granted to an M.Phil. student is paid for two semesters (9 months).

Eligibility

The fellowship may be awarded to a talented scholar joining the M.Phil. class in History. Only that student of M.Phil. will be eligible who has topped in the entrance exam for the M.Phil. program.

The selection of the Fellow is made by a Committee. The progress report about the Fellow is submitted to the Chairman of the Department concerned every 6 months. Any publication made by the Fellow or the thesis submitted to the University is required to contain a footnote acknowledging his/her gratitude to the University and to the donor of the Fellowship.
